How the CELVORIQ website handles technical data, contact availability and external services.
Scope
This notice describes the CELVORIQ website. CELVORIQ is an independent, individually run project managed from Türkiye for a global audience. Revision: 9 October 2026.
Website delivery and technical data
Vercel hosts and delivers the website; Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS. Delivering pages involves technical request data such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting infrastructure processes technical data for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Cloudflare DNS is not the same as a proxied website connection.
Contact messages
When you submit the form, your name, email, subject, message and optional project details pass through our Vercel-hosted server to a CELVORIQ-owned Google Apps Script and our hello@celvoriq.com Google Workspace mailbox. We use them to review your enquiry and reply. This script can send email but cannot read the inbox or access Drive. No automatic customer reply, marketing subscription or AI processing is performed. The message is retained in our mailbox, not a website database. To limit abuse and repeated delivery, the relay stores request identifiers, non-readable payload hashes, timestamps and delivery states for up to seven days, removed on the next valid request; it does not store message text in those technical records. Server counters and Google daily quotas limit submissions. Email retention follows our mailbox settings; contact hello@celvoriq.com about your enquiry or a deletion request. We do not claim an account-specific automatic deletion period. Do not submit sensitive data.
Analytics, cookies and embeds
The site application does not install analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts or third-party media embeds. It does not set application cookies or store form text in browser storage. This does not mean that hosting infrastructure has no technical logs. Changing language uses a page link, not a tracking cookie.
External links
Following an external link connects you to the destination service. Its operator processes data under its own policies. Our site uses a strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, which limits cross-origin referrer information to the site origin.
Retention and requests
The current site application does not maintain a visitor or contact-message database. Hosting logs follow the provider’s actual configuration and retention controls; we do not claim a verified account-specific retention period here. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information, access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or to object or complain to a relevant authority. Check the Contact page for channel availability. Do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
